Camping Fees.
Camping fees are posted at each campground. All camping fees are per vehicle per night and are subject to change without notice. Camp Fees at Portagee Joe, Independence Creek, Taboose Creek, Tinnemaha Creek, Baker Creek and Pleasant Valley are $10.00 per night per vehicle. Camping fees at Diaz Lake, Glacier View, Brown's Town and Tecopa are established by the concessionaire.
All County operated campgrounds will accommodate 45' RV's and most campsites will accommodate even the larger units. No showers or hook-ups are available at the County campgrounds. The elevation of each County operated campground is roughly 4,100 feet.
Camping Reservations.
Group camping reservations may be made for any of the County operated campgrounds by contacting the Office of Parks & Recreation at: telliott@inyocounty.us or 760-873-5577.
Senior Camping Permits:
Applies to those 55 years of age and older and disabled:
- 30 consecutive days = $110.00
- 15 consecutive days = $ 70.00
Group Camping Rate: Applies to groups of 7 or more - $2.00 per person
